Hilltop Senior Living is a $75 Million, 320,000 square foot senior living community in Denver, Colorado. It includes 206 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments. The community was designed around staying active and includes state-of-the-art gym areas, a pool, walking paths, lounges that allow for events, a salon, and a theater. I was the team lead when this building broke ground in November of 2019 and it was the project I worked on for Construction during and through Covid, which offered its own set of challenges. I lead the team for Construction Administration from ground breaking to substantial completion.
