Morning Star Cherry Creek is a 142,000 sf 160 unit assisted living and memory care senior living community. HCM worked with Munoz Albin as the Architect of Record on this project. This project includes many amenities, including dining rooms, a fitness center, a patio lounge, and a club room on the rooftop. I lead the design team for this project and was the main point of contact for the developer, operator and design architect. After some time on hold, this project is now entering the bidding process.
